Dr Victoria Allen

Dr. Victoria Allen

Rapidly Jading, Brilliant, Young Doctor

  • Meatball Surgeon: Thought it rarely comes, Victoria as shown a unique gift for being a battlefield medic. She is capable of making lightning-fast decisions and diagnoses that have saved more than one wounded officer. While these operations may not be pretty, they do the job until she is back aboard the ship or in an operating theatre.
  • Adorably Flakey: When it comes down to business, Dr. Allen is serious and stone-faced about her job. The rest of the time she can be a bit of a flake; zoning out, getting very easily distracted, these sorts of things. This most often comes out when the Razorwing is present on new worlds.
  • Why does the Doc get a Shotgun?: In the first month of her employment aboard the Razorwing, it was discovered that with most guns, Victoria is a terribly bad shot. The Captain gave her a shotgun with the justification of "it's a spray, she's more likely to hit something." Occasionally, the whole 'being a bad shot' thing comes through and her hands get all shaky but at the same time, she will occasionally pull a one in a million shot out of thin air.

Personal History

Born to a middle class family on Earth-3, Victoria had a fairly unremarkable childhood. She excelled in school very early, and when she took her first science course at the age of nine, she had found her passion. Victoria's life turn a took for the worst, when, at the age of 16, her parents and brother were killed by a mysterious virus that swept through her neighbourhood, killing most, and crippling the survivors. She had been off world at the time, handing in her application to an Aegis Corporation-funded university.

Dr. Allen graduated years later with her Doctorate in Medicine, and was granted access into a post-university-internship program run by the medical sciences division (Hyperion) of the Aegis Corporation. She spent two years working in a PPS military hospital she received a mysterious offer; a department head position in the 'Razorwing Project.' Victoria's life changed when she saw the Razorwing in dry-dock from the window of the landing craft. She was to run the on board medical bay for a ship that was described to her as a 'highly classified research facility.'

Victoria has been aboard the Razorwing since the program began a few months back, all the while serving as it's medical officer.
